2021 Blanc-OSAURUS WHITE BLEND
The Story:
The Blanc-osaurus is a unique blend of 5 white wine varietals, Gewurztraminer, Viognier, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc. Blanc-osaurus is crisp, dry, light, with a great balance of ripe fruit and acidity. It is a fun blend with it's nose of lemon zest, melon and nectarine, and a palate of lychee fruit, pineapple and key lime.
